Its purpose.

Be sure, be firm, be composed,
On your stand - unwavering
to the whims and fancies of desire
which ever rocks the foundation four square
and threatens the Work of the Alchemist
The Soul

As we weave our way through life
We form a solid base upon which we build and grow.
Being too flexible and adaptable
While makes one likeable and maleable
Unfortunately does not form a container
For the Soul.

So stop being so changeable, so fickle, so finicky

Before starting on the spiritual path
First build your character firm and solid
Upon a value system held close to the heart
And qualities of soul stamped into place
Impeachable, pure and whole.
For only then can Spirit descend
And grace the temple of form
in Holyness make Whole.
