Magnesium

regulation, detoxification, energy production, and the formation of 
healthy bones and teeth.

Pumpkin seeds are an excellent source of magnesium. So are, flax 
and sunflower seeds, quinoa, mangoes, almonds.

Magnesium is a component of the plant pigment, chlorophyll. This 
means that all dark green leafy vegetables are particularly good 
sources of magnesium, like kale, swiss chard, arugula, and collards.
