“I wish it need not have happened in my time," said Frodo.
"So do I," said Gandalf, "and so do all who live to see such times.
But that is not for them to decide.
All we have to decide is what to do
with the time that is given us.”~ J.R.R. Tolkien

Ponderings ...

Wars are created to stimulate economies.
Even the refugee crisis like the Syrian mass exodus into European nations
it seems is a way to stimulate the economy.
To stimulate the economy there is a need to spend and create  demand
Whether it is for weapons and military gears and garb for soldiers
Or food and accomodation for refugees
Start wars under various guises and
The country's economy is roaring again ...

Apparently Japan is awaiting WW3 to stimulate its economy...
The Western countries have been creating wars and sharing the booty;
I suppose every time they pull NATO nations to back the US and Britain in wars
in the Middle East.

How do we get out of this pathetic plight?
I'm ashamed to call myself an Earthian
When the only way to house and feed all of us is through wars ...
Or the 10% elite who hold onto 95% of the world's wealth must be squeezed
of their booty or like Nukudu in the Arabian Night's Tales be hung from a tree
by the legs and beaten to cough out all their stolen wealth from the common people.

I agree...

Your fate will change because of some planetary
alignment etc is not accurate. It is what we feel and
respond to that will make change happen. Have to
let go of expecting the universe to sort our our lives.

“There is a place where the sidewalk ends
And before the street begins,
And there the grass grows soft and white,
And there the sun burns crimson bright,
And there the moon-bird rests from his flight
To cool in the peppermint wind.

Let us leave this place where the smoke blows black
And the dark street winds and bends.
Past the pits where the asphalt flowers grow
We shall walk with a walk that is measured and slow,
And watch where the chalk-white arrows go
To the place where the sidewalk ends.

Yes we'll walk with a walk that is measured and slow,
And we'll go where the chalk-white arrows go,
For the children, they mark, and the children, they know
The place where the sidewalk ends.” ~ Shel Silverstein

And above all, watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. Those who don't believe in magic will never find it.
