it is important to bear in mind that if there is any sense of dissatisfaction , it generally arises:

  • when you spend the day rushing around, doing this that and the other so that you can get on to the next task
  • when you give little thought to what you are doing or why you are doing it
  • or when you spend time doing more for others than yourself
You can change this by learning how to control your Time. One way is to become more aware of how much energy you are expending on things that don’t really matter and what activities you can cut out to give you more room to grow.

‘All great masters counsel that we need time daily for solitude. And if we want our journey in life to be meaningful, then surely we need some free time each day to explore our inner landscape and uncover our passions. For the destruction of time is literally the destruction
of life

Some may interpret this solitude as meditation, others as mindfulness…either way you look at it, it is this stillness of the mind that can provide more clarity, creativity and inspiration…time well spent if you seek to live a more purposeful and personally fulfilling life.
